The discussions which came out of the second Melbourne Joomla! User Group meeting surrounded ways of making Joomla! and the associated third party software better.

Ways that were suggested:

• Unify or converge the Community Builder and ACL development pools
• Mature the events and calendar applications to interact with ACL. Some already integrate with CB, but it needs more flow on benefits.
  
• Simplify the process from a users perspective of managing the 3rd Party application stack. Having 1300 components, modules and plugins to choose from, whilst showing a wide range of choice, stops cross fertilsation and management. How does the end user know they are picking the right application for their needs?
